A BILL to repeal §53-8-1, §53-8-2, §53-8-3, §53-8-4, §53-8-5, §53-8-6, §53-8-7, §53-8-8, §53-8-9, §53-8-10, §53-8-11, §53-8-12, §53-8-13, §53-8-14, §53-8-15, §53-8-16 and §53-8-17 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating repealing provisions establishing a system for the issuance of personal safety orders.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of article relating to personal safety orders.
     §53-8-1, §53-8-2, §53-8-3, §53-8-4, §53-8-5, §53-8-6, §53-8-7, §53-8-8, §53-8-9, §53-8-10, §53-8-11, §53-8-12, §53-8-13, §53-8-14, §53-8-15, §53-8-16 and §53-8-17 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are hereby repealed.


          
     NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal provisions of the West Virginia Code establishing a system for the issuance of personal safety orders.
